- The dates are in Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
- The registration fees include welcome party, dinner (except Sep11), lunch, and excursion.
- The accompanying registrants cannot participate in any technical sessions.
Payment
We accept credit card only (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB) for the online registration.
All payments must be made in Japanese yen.
Cancellation Policies
Registrants can make a cancellation through the registration site.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
- 10% from August 9 to August 25
- 30% from August 26 to September 1
- 70% from September 2 to September 6
- 100% from September 7 to September 13
